From Our Warehouse to Your Workshop – Machine loading

This week, we had the pleasure of preparing a Edale machine for a valued client and we wanted to share a glimpse of the meticulous process involved.

We utilized a combination of heavy-duty shrink wrap, reinforced straps, and custom-fabricated corner protectors to secure the machine for transit. We meticulously wrapped, packed, and secured machine, using industry-leading techniques and materials. Our experienced team ensures  equipment arrives safely and ready for operation.

Depending on the size and complexity of the machine, partial disassembly may be required for safe transport. Critical components are carefully removed and wrapped in protective materials. We use high-quality, anti-static wrapping to prevent damage during transit. All moving parts are secured to prevent shifting.

Using specialized equipment, including  forklifts, our team carefully loaded the machine onto a  truck. We paid close attention to weight distribution and securing the machine to prevent any shifting during transit.

We work with experienced logistics partners who specialize in handling heavy machinery. The machine is securely fastened to the truck bed using heavy-duty straps and chains, ensuring it remains stable throughout the journey.

Our team goes above and beyond to ensure that used printing machine arrives safely and on schedule.

This recent shipment is just one example of our dedication to providing comprehensive solutions.

If you’re looking for a reliable partner for your used printing machine needs, contact us today. We’re here to help you find the perfect machine and ensure a seamless delivery.
