We aim to provide a tailored service to meet your needs, and with our experienced sales team and professional service team of engineers, we are always here to provide you with a professional assistance in the following areas:

Preventative Maintenance Programmes

Our research and experience has identified that the majority of label printers do not implement a preventative maintenance programme, the issues that are raised through not having such a programme in place are:

• Short life span of the machine.
• Excess material being used in machinery set up.
• Excess time being wasted when cleaning down the time.
• Loss of customers through unreliable machinery, which inevitably effects delivery dates.
• Inconsistency of print quality and colour consistency.

Reel to Reel have a team of engineers that have many years’ experience in servicing and repairing all makes of label printing and finishing equipment, this knowledge allows the engineers to predict potential breakdowns that are imminent.

When a customer commits to a planned preventative maintenance programme the engineers will arrive on site complete with the majority of the components required to carry out the maintenance which will be completed efficiently and as quickly as possible to allow the machinery to be returned back in to production.

Machinery and Factory Re-Location

We have a team of engineers with many years’ experience in the re-location of individual machinery through to complete production floor re-locations; we have a design team that will plan your production floor to ensure the work flows freely and efficiently through your new production area.

The above is carried out with minimum disruption to you and your customers.

We organise all transportation and lifting equipment to carry out the above work and liaise very closely with your third party suppliers involved in the project.

Machinery Overhauls

If you have a machine that requires a full rebuild/overhaul you can arrange with Reel To Reel to have this dismantled, collected and transported to our purpose built factory complete with overhead crane, engineering facilities and spray booth, where the machine will be fully dismantled, all worn and damaged components replaced prior to the main body work being re-sprayed back to its original factory colours prior to being rebuilt.

All customers are encouraged to carry out inspections and print trials prior to the machines being dispatched and re-installed back at the customer’s premises.

Training

Upon installation of new or pre-owned equipment, at the request of the customer we can provide full in-depth training on most flexo and letterpress machinery, ensuring the trainee is fully conversant with the machinery enabling them to produce efficiently, high quality self-adhesive labels.

Machinery Dismantle and Installation

Should you purchase a machine from a third party supplier Reel To Reel can provide a price for our engineers to travel to site, dismantle the machinery, prepare for loading, load and transport to the new location, unload and install the press as per the manufactures specification. We will organise all lifting and transportation needs.

Spare Parts

We have a spare parts department that can provide spares and serviceable components for most makes of label printing machinery. These can be supplied worldwide.

Tooling Print Cylinders & Gears

We can supply print cylinders and gears along with die cutters and punch tools for Gallus, Nilpeter, Kopack, Aquaflex, Mark Andy, Arpeco, Rotoflex, to name but a few. These can be supplied worldwide.
